Ark Press Presents: When a Man Loves a Woman and A Woman Loves a Woman

In the second of this weekends three changing shows of British Social history and vernacular photography taking place at Bristol's Parlour Showrooms, we present the lives and loves of two people over the course of the twentieth century.

One, a man born into a prestigious Victorian family whose vast collection of personal photos charts a journey through his families lives well into the twentieth century.

The other, a woman whose orderly collection of holiday snaps and personal photos hints at a love
which dare not speak its name.

Also, selections from the saucy snaps of two bold ladies form the 1960s and 1970s.
